Advanced Acoustic and Infrared Detection Systems

Acoustic Detection
Two specialized omni-directional microphones are designed to detect the distinct sound of a weapon's muzzle blast.
The system's high acoustic overpressure capabilities allow it to accurately detect close-range, high-caliber shots, recovering almost instantly.
The sensors require no calibration and function effectively in any environment, handling both noisy acoustic and infrared conditions without triggering false alarms.
Infrared Flash Detection
Two high-sensitivity infrared sensors monitor the entire detection area for a weapon's muzzle flash, detecting the heat signature from a firearm discharge - no direct line of sight needed.
These infrared sensors provide complete coverage and are ten times more sensitive than standard infrared detectors available on the market.
Capable of detecting both low and high-caliber rounds, including subsonic and supersonic projectiles.

A gunshot detector, not an eavesdropping device

Our top priority is ensuring that our sensors protect your data, network, and personnel. All processing happens at the edge—no audio is transmitted from the sensor.  
  • The microphones are calibrated to detect loud, sharp sounds like gunshots, not conversations.
  • Only basic TLS-encrypted text data is sent from the sensor.
  • The sensor sends regular status messages for system supervision, including maintenance alerts and sensor health checks when necessary.
  • Users have complete control over where the data is sent. We have no access to the system.

Coverage Without Constraints

Our gunshot detection sensors are engineered to operate without needing a direct line of sight to the firearm, allowing flexible placement to optimize area coverage. The system includes:
INFRARED TECHNOLOGY: Two infrared detectors provide complete coverage, ensuring no area within the detection range is left unmonitored.
EXTENSIVE REACH: Each sensor covers an area of 40 feet in a 180° arc, with sensors positioned 80 feet apart, maximizing spatial efficiency.
AREA COVERAGE: Each sensor effectively monitors up to 2,500 square feet, securing large spaces with fewer units.
